Is there an alternative to a French drain for drainage?I am selling my house; inspector says I need a French drain around my screened in patio. Who does this work?
The handyman or a plumber but you can do by your self too if you want.





Try to get a different inspector what they can suggest usually its fine and you can save money and lot of work if you just simply hook up a drain line at the existing storm drain.





Try to consult first to other inspector get some other suggestion but don't open up that topic the first inspector told you to put up a french drain otherwise they just follow what it says. Good luck...
