Can Someone Else Is The House Watch Your Computer Screen?

If somebody else in the house has a computer, can they watch what you are doing and looking at on YOUR computer? Can Someone Else Is The House Watch Your Computer Screen?
This is possible, however you would need to install some software on both computers to be able to get this working. If you want to get this done remotely you should tell whoever uses the computer and if you should be aware if somebody else has put this on your computer. Otherwise its just an invasion of privacy. Can Someone Else Is The House Watch Your Computer Screen?
Need software for it. I have worked in 2 call centre's that used this software so they can obv. see what employees are up to.
Not really only if they have a specific system that allows other users to look at the computer monitor?
Yeah, it depends on 1) whether your computers are networked, and 2) if they have software to monitor your useage. They also make software that runs in the background to let you know how someone has been using a computer. If you are paranoid about your folks finding out you've been surfing for porn or buying cannabis seeds from the Netherlands, get a laptop and take it off the network.
lol, i was wondering the same thing!
It is a possibility.

Best thing you can do is not have anything on your computer screen that you wouldn't want anybody else to know about.

Keep It Simple.
Why do you ask?

in answer to your question

the screen produces radiation, there are devices out there that can read the data from your screen, difficult but can be done BBC TV detector vans used to work on similar processes. specialist units used similar to read screens to gain private information. however this is not available domestically.

Screen interupt software is only possible on networked computers, then the user has to supply the password anf aggree access, this is normally achieved through I T services in a company.. not available at home.

VST. Video signal transmitters fit into the screen cables and allow the screen to be displayed on over heads, these are often used by big businesses for audio visual purposes. are available domestically but to expensive for home use.

KSL Key strike loggers. these are available from the internet or you can buy a book ( 101 experiments/spy gadgets for the evil genious) which shows you how to make one from a few components. this sits either in the keyboard or in line with the keyboard cable. this allows the user to access passwords and anything typed on the keyboard. Most KSL though only have a small memory but a couple of mb is more than enough. wireless keyboards of a similar manufacture can be ';altered'; to allow the keyboard to send to two recievers, thus what you tpe can be read elsewhere within a 20 metre range normally. But they can't log onto the internet at the same time as you.

If you have a wireless router even if you have wiped your history and cookies from the computer you are accessing, the router/ modem is intelligent it stores the details of sites visited as a log. the administrator can access this from the user interface of the device...

Lastly footprints.. when you enter a web site you leave yor footprint behind, the person accessing the administrator of the web site can then check to see who has logged onto the site. This is why sometimes you might get emails from strange sites you have not asked for as the administrator has sold your details onto a web firm who deal or distribute.

Now again Why do you ask ? you sound nervous
Yes, with the right software. Your activities could also be tracked by a keystroke logger which could send a log file by email. .... of course if you're not doing anything you shouldn't there's nothing to worry about ... is there?
that depends on what software they have.
