I am on a home network. Is there any way to flash up messages on other screens around the house?

Rather than bellow to members of my family I would love to be able to flash a message up on their screen eg ';supper's ready!';. Does anyone know of any software (preferably free) which can do this?I am on a home network. Is there any way to flash up messages on other screens around the house?

Winpopup LAN Messenger 4.9 is free but im not sure how effective it is.

The simplest way I can think of is to use IM.

try searching under ';free network messenger'; or something like that.
Id ont know if this works on different PCs but go to task manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt+ Del . The go to users and right click. You would see an option called send message you might be able to send message through that. That is if you can see users on other PCs on it. Good Luck!!
