Has anyone ever had Samsung provide in home warranty service (flat screen TV) where they make a house call?

Yes, but it was VERY hard to get them to do so.. They kept telling me ';We don't have anyone in your area.'; And I live in a BIG metropoliton area. I fianlly left a horrible review on Amazon.com about their terrible warrenty coverage with my service number, and after a few weeks I got a call asking if I ever received service, I said no, and within a day the phone was ringing wanting to repair the TV... I don't know for sure that the Amazon review did anything, but it got fixed.
