I have new rent place a house. But they didint ready window screen. Do I have to move now and pay money now?

I have rent agreement from May 1st. But house is not ready. they dont have window screen. landroad said me screen is not important. House is ready. House is 2 story. It is denger and at night I can not open the window. Also kitchen floore worker didint do good job very sticky after one week. I asked landroad. He said me you can buy grue remoover. It will be easy to take out. Also Back yard has piled up small trash.I have new rent place a house. But they didint ready window screen. Do I have to move now and pay money now?
nope! dont pay him until everything is fixed and ready. everything is important, dont let him tell you otherwise. if there is something that needed repair before you moved in, its not your responsibility to fix it. its his and if he doesnt fix it, then he's neglecting his job as a landlord. What does your Lease say about Screens, and Cleaning- Glue on the Floor, no professional would leave a job like that- Tell the Landlord the Glue is making you Sick, and you cannot open the windows with no screens- you need ventilation because of the Glue.
